The cart based system requires an endoscope to be physically connected to a cart which houses a light source, screen casting abilities, and additional components and features. The tethered connection in traditional towers interferes with use during operation, hinders portability, and takes up valuable space in the procedural room. Endoluxe eVS eliminates that hassle. It provides a cost effective solution that packs all the features of the traditional cart-based system into a wireless, portable, handheld device that can store and share the media taken with the endoscope in a secure and HIPAA-compliant method.
